Overlook Vacation Rentals is family owned and operated. Our three children enjoy helping, so much so, they have individual nicknames for our three locations. At OVR, we understand that every property has it's little quirks. That is why at OVR, we strive towards a 24/7 commitment to improving our guests experiences. Our response rate is 100%. Whether is a phone call on Christmas Day to help a guest turn on the heaters or driving in the snow to replace a lost key, our commitment to our guests will surpass expectations.

"Blueberry" is our Equinunk, Pennsylvania home and catalyst for OVR. Sleeping up to 13 guests and conveniently located in the quaint hamlet of Equinunk, Pennsylvania, amenities are a stone's throw away. (Equinunk General Store, US Post Office, United Methodist Church, Horse Stables, Mechanic, and the Historical Society).

Located in Hale Eddy, NY with only a two-minute walk to public river access, the home has been dubbed "The Far Away House" by our five year old son due to it's distance from our home in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. The Hale Eddy House is a large open layout design home. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and multiple pullout sofas, our OVR Hale Eddy House can accommodate up to 14.

Finally, our Newton Lake house, named "Brownie" for it's exterior color, is a cozy little cottage overlooking the lake from the second tier. With a shared deeded dock, our guests have enjoyed beautiful sunrises an a cooling dip from the dock, Our three children adore this little place. During the winter months, come book with us after a day of Elk Mountain skiing, or maybe a Valentine's Day getaway.
